Terms of Use

Last updated September 20, 2026. Plain terms for Russell's Hustles, owned and operated by Russell E. Brown. This is a working document, not a lawyer-reviewed contract.

Buying

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each listing. The listed price is the price you pay; nothing is added at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete when payment is confirmed and the item changes hands.

Fulfillment

Local pickup only. No shipping. Physical items are handed over in person in the Chattanooga and Hixson area at a time you and Russell agree on. Digital guides are delivered by a private download link after payment.

Payment

PayPal, Venmo, or a card online, or Zelle or cash at pickup. Card details are handled by PayPal, never by this site. Payments by app or in cash are marked paid once received.

Holds

An unpaid order holds its items for 48 hours. After that the hold is released automatically and the item returns to the shop.

Condition of items

Most items here are secondhand, vintage, or restored, and are sold as-is with their condition described in the listing. Photos show the actual item, not a stock image. Read the description before you buy, and ask if anything is unclear.

Returns

Hauling and removal

Quotes are based on the photos and details you provide. If the load turns out to be materially larger or harder to reach than described, the price is re-quoted before any work starts. Hazardous material, chemicals, and anything a transfer station will not accept are out of scope.

Selling items to RH

Submitting an item is not a sale. Russell may pass, make an offer, or ask for more photos. Nothing is owed either way until both sides agree on a price in writing or in person.

Content

Articles, guides, photographs, and the RH marks belong to Russell's Hustles. Digital guides are for your own use. Please do not resell or redistribute them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
