Pickup and Returns
Local pickup only. No shipping. Everything sold here is handed over in person in the Chattanooga and Hixson area, except digital guides, which arrive by download link.
How pickup works
Pickup is arranged by text after your order. Chattanooga and Hixson area.
Place the order online. Russell texts you to agree on a place and time. Bring the order number, or just your name.
How to pay
PayPal, Venmo, or a card online at checkout, or Zelle or cash at pickup. PayPal, Venmo, and card payments confirm instantly online; Zelle and cash are marked paid by Russell once the money lands.
There is no Stripe or Square checkout on this site.
Holds
An unpaid order holds its items for you for 48 hours. If the order has not been paid by then, the hold is released and the item goes back up for sale.
One-of-a-kind finds only have one unit, so a hold is the only thing standing between you and someone else buying it.
Digital downloads
Digital guides are not picked up. After payment is confirmed you get a private download link by email. The link works for 0 days and a limited number of downloads.
If a link expires before you used it, send a message and Russell will reissue it.
Returns
One-of-a-kind finds are sold as-is. Vintage and secondhand pieces carry their age, and every listing describes the condition and the flaws before you buy.
If something is not as described, contact Russell within 48 hours of pickup and he will make it right — a refund, an exchange, or a partial adjustment, whichever fits the situation.
Digital guides are not returnable once the download link has been used.
