What is collected
- Orders. Your name, phone, email, and what you bought, so pickup can be arranged and the sale recorded.
- Hauling quotes and item offers. Your name, phone, email, general location, description, and any photos you upload.
- Contact messages. Whatever you type in the form, plus your name, phone, and email.
- Email list. Your email address and where you signed up.
- Chat. If you use the chat assistant, the conversation is stored so Russell can follow up.
- Technical data. Your IP address is recorded with form submissions to stop spam and abuse.
Payment information
Card details are never seen or stored by this site. PayPal handles online card, PayPal, and Venmo payments on its own systems. Zelle and cash are settled directly with Russell.
How it is used
To answer you, quote your job, arrange pickup, deliver what you bought, and keep the business records a business has to keep. Nothing is sold, rented, or traded to anyone.
Who else sees it
Only the services this site needs to run: the web host, the email service that delivers messages, PayPal for online payments, and the chat provider if you use the chat. Each one sees only what its job requires.
Analytics
If site analytics are turned on, Google Analytics records anonymous page views and traffic sources. It is not used to identify you personally.
The email list
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and one click removes you. You can also text 321-361-8775 and ask to be taken off.
Your choices
Ask and your information will be shown to you, corrected, or deleted, except for records a completed sale requires. Text or email and say what you want removed.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
